CANDI'S HOUSE

We bought the house from Mike Wichers for $13,799, making payments from June 2008 through January 2010. We are in the process of remodeling the house. As you come through the front door the kitchen is on the right, you see the stove and refrigerator in front of you, the sink is on the left facing the living room and the freezer sits behind the front door, the adjoining living room is on the left. As you’re looking at the living room you see the couch on the back wall with family pictures hanging above it. As you look to the left you see my chair, coffee table and the piano, and more family pictures on the wall. The tv sits facing the window and there is a wire rack next to the front door. As we walk down the hall, to your left there is a storage and panty room. My husbands’ sport cards are stored in this room. On the right, there is a huge two -hundred gallon fish tank, as you keep walking down the hall you see a bathroom on your left and a washer and dryer on your right and at the end of the hall is grandma and grandpa's room. As we go down the two stairs to the left as you open the door to the master bedroom you can see a closet to the left, in front of the closet there is a cedar chest and a jewelry chest that sits on top of the chest, beside the cedar chest there is a medium sized table, a shoe rack behind the table and our bed is next to the table and shoe rack. We also have a work desk, next to the work desk there is a china hutch, in front of our sliding door, we have a long table on the bottom with a shorter table on top that has the TV sitting on it, a book shelf sits next to that, and a sewing table sits next to the book shelf. We also have a bathroom of sorts that we use as storage; in front of the bathroom we have my dresser for clothes. And as we go in to the restroom we see walls that have insulation on them and are not done yet, to the right you see my clothes dresser, another dresser sitting next to it, you see there is new kitchen cabinets sitting there, we also have a desk that has a home computer on it, beside that sits the fire place, there is a window next to that, there is a door that leads outside, beside that there is another window with a air-conditioner in it, there is a door that goes to our children’s sleeping rooms on the other side there is a futon couch with a whole bunch of stuff on it.
Going out the door, there is a small front yard extending the length of the house, see how nice the grass looks with all the different flowers. There is a back yard also, it has grass and a gazebo, and it will have a lot of flowers when we are through with it.
Just a little bit about the people that live at the house. Mom Condi, husband Art, son King, daughter Savannah, Grandma Jeri, and Grandpa Roy. My husband and I are busy with college classes, our children are also in school. Grandpa Roy takes another of his sons to work every day. Grandma Jeri stays at the house all day by herself. As we remodel the bathroom, painting the walls blue, getting a marble countertop with blueberry four by four tiles and white four by four trim tiles, that have square glass inserts in the white tiles and bamboo flooring. We are also going to remodel the kitchen by taking out the old cabinets and putting new cabinets in. We are adding a new window in the kitchen, and also one in the living room.
In my spare time I do sewing, plastic canvas, crafts and go through my non-sport cards. My husband, in his spare time, goes through his sport cards, prices them, puts them in plastic sleeves, and puts them in boxes.
This project will take about five years to complete.
